Every client is important to me, as they trust my work, talent, and time. All information provided through WhatsApp, email, calls, or in person will be treated with absolute confidentiality. Maintaining my clients’ trust is fundamental. The purpose and style of the photographs may vary depending on the concept, goals, and preferences of the client. Therefore, I am committed to meeting expectations and ensuring client satisfaction in every project.

To secure your date and session, a 50% deposit of the agreed total is required. This deposit guarantees that the date is reserved exclusively for you and helps cover the costs associated with planning and preparation. The remaining 50% can be paid on the day of the session or anytime before the scheduled date.

Final images will be delivered within a maximum of 5 business days after the session. The final files will be provided via a secure platform such as WeTransfer or OneDrive, ensuring safe and efficient file transfer.

At Gerardo Sierra Photography, I value and respect your time as much as my own. I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, requiring schedule adjustments. To maintain efficiency and mutual respect, the following cancellation policy applies:

Rescheduling or Cancelling a Session:

• You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 72 hours before the scheduled date without any penalties.
• If you need to reschedule at least 72 hours in advance, no fee will apply, and we will arrange a new date without issue.
• If rescheduling occurs with less than 72 hours’ notice, a $500 fee will be applied to the final payment to compensate for the time and resources allocated to your session.

Refunds for Cancellations:

• If you cancel 7 days or more before the session, 90% of your deposit will be refunded.
• If you cancel between 6 days and 72 hours before the session, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
• Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session.

I understand that not everyone wishes to share their photos—some people want to capture special moments solely for personal enjoyment, as gifts, or for keepsakes. It’s important to recognize the personal nature of photography and ensure that the use and publication of images align with each client’s preferences.

At the end of your session, you will be invited to sign a release document, officially granting you full rights to use the final images as you see fit. Additionally, you will have the optional opportunity to sign a separate release allowing me to feature select images in my portfolio, social media, and other professional platforms. This is entirely voluntary and designed to ensure your comfort with how your photos are used.
